Hours of Operation rented from 8:00 A.M. until 12:00 A.M. (Midnight) Monday through Saturday. Sunday events may be reserved upon approval by the County Commission and, if approved, 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.

Mission Statement

     The Parks and Recreation Department opened the Limestone County Event Center just off Pryor street west of the Veterans Museum on September 4, 2010.

     The Limestone County Event Center is a versatile facility owned and operated by the Limestone County Commission that is ready to accommodate a wide variety of events including banquets, reunions, wedding receptions, business seminars, employee training, arts and crafts shows, and even musical events. We solicit events 400 people and over. The Limestone County Event Center is a single multi-purpose room that can handle groups up to 2,500 persons, and also contains an all-electric catering kitchen. The facility is ADA compliant.

     All Renters of the Limestone County Event Center shall enter into this Rental Agreement for use of the Limestone County Event Center and its premises, and be subject to the policies, terms and conditions of herein in addition to any other requirements of law or Limestone County, Alabama.

FEE SCHEDULE

Monday - Thursday
First hour $200.00
Each additional hour $75.00
Setup, tear down and cleanup $20.00 per hour, per person
Security deposit $150.00
Security personnel $30.00 per hour, per officer

Friday and Saturday
Four hours or less $200.00 per hour
Five to eight hours $250.00 per hour
All day fee $2,200.00
Setup, tear down and cleanup $20.00 per hour, per person
Security deposit $300.00
Security personnel $30.00 per hour, per officer

Driving Directions:

From I-65 South

     Exit 354 South onto Highway 31. Travel 1.6 miles and turn (right) onto Pryor Street. Go West to big red building directly across the railroad tracks.

From I-65 North

     Exit 351 West onto Highway 72. Travel 1.7 miles and turn (right) onto Jefferson Street. Go North past the Courthouse to Pryor Street. Turn (right) onto Pryor Street to big red building before the railroad tracks.
