     The Limestone County Shop receives calls from the general public, various agencies, and county departments for assistance. County Shop purchase stock supplies and equipment parts for the various county departments which include bookkeeping, which consist of posting daily stock purchase and use, obtaining purchase orders, and physical inventory checks. Other duties include monitoring 2-way radio traffic from the districts, coordinating litter patrol and assisting the animal control department with answering the telephone and record maintenance.

Driving Directions:

     From I-65 take exit 351 at traffic light turn (left) going west on US Hwy 72, 1.9 miles, turn right at traffic light going north on Jefferson St., 1.8 miles, turn right on Cherry St. going East go 0.1 miles the Animal Control Office is on the left.
